CKT Prep Course (practical workshop)
The CKT Prep course is an IKFF-approved workshop provided by KDT Academy. This is an intensive 5-hour hands on training program which echoes the requirements of the CKT course. More details here.

FizFit Face off

Many fitness enthusiasts simply enjoy a personal challenge much like a runner would train for and participate in a marathon. Some enjoy the challenges but all would like to be recognised for fitness and physical excellence on fitness. Typically, these fitness enthusiasts have no desire or time to compete formally, teach or lead classes on a professional basis. This is what the Personal Challenges are designed for. Instead of going to a competition, the competition comes to you!

- Challenge: Fizfit / Bodyweight conditioning workout
- Challenge: Kettlebell & Bodyweight Fitness workouts
- Challenge: Resistance bands
- Challenge: Balance / stability balls

Challenge and Assessment Cost:
RM 300.00
Time limit: 1 hour 0:30 mins
Challenge format:
- The athlete selects the Challenge level they wish to be evalued and tested for (E.g. Challenge FizFit Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced).
- The rules and parameters of the types of exercises will be determined by the coach on the day of the test.
- The exercises will be demonstrated by the coach and the athlete will be required to follow as closely as possible to the coach's form, cadence and must complete the workouts as set out.
- When the athlete is ready, the coach will start the clock and the athlete will attempt to complete all the exercises within the set time limit.
- If the athlete successfully completes the exercises within the set time frame they will earn 3 points
- If the athlete successfully completes the exercises within the set time frame AND with excellent form they will earn 5 points
- If the athlete successfully completes the exercises with 1-3 minutes spare time AND with excellent form they will earn 7 points
- If the athlete successfully completes the exercises with 3-5 minutes spare time AND with excellent form they will earn 9 points
- If the athlete successfully completes the exercises with 3-5 minutes spare time AND with excellent form AND completes another set (or more) of the exercises they will earn 11 points
- If the athlete is unable to complete the exercises within the set time frame BUT maintained excellent form they will earn 3 points
- If the athlete is unable to complete the exercises within the set time frame AND had poor to average form they will earn 1 points
Scoring System:
For results below 5 points, there will be no award.
For scores above 10, the athlete will be awarded a Challenge Accomplishment Certificate with Distinction and an incentive towards future Challenges. |

- Challenge: Single Kettlebell - Basic Lifts
E.g. Women: 8kg. Men: 12kg. 5 lifts. 100 reps per lift (50L + 50R).
Completion within 1 hour qualifies you for the Kettlebell Century Club.
- Challenge: Single Kettlebell - Intemediate Lifts
E.g. Women: 12kg. Men: 16kg. 5 lifts. 100 reps per lift (50L + 50R).
Completion within 1 hour qualifies you for the Kettlebell Century Club.
- Challenge: Single Kettlebell - Advanced Lifts
E.g. Women: 16kg. Men: 24kg. 5 lifts. 100 reps per lift (50L + 50R).
Completion within 1 hour qualifies you for the Kettlebell Century Club.
- Challenge: Double Kettlebell - Basic Lifts
E.g. Women: 2 x 8kg. Men: 2x12kg. 5 lifts. 100 reps per lift (50L + 50R).
Completion within 1 hour qualifies you for the Kettlebell Century Club.
- Challenge: Double Kettlebell - Intemediate Lifts
- Challenge: Double Kettlebell - Advanced Lifts
- Challenge: Single Kettlebell - Timed Sets Awards
E.g. Women: 8kg. Men: 12kg. 5 lifts. Completion within 10 minutes per lift based on IKFF Sport Ranking
