Group Classes
It's no secret that kettlebells have proven themselves to be one of the most effective training tools in existence for developing every attribute on the physical/athletic continuum – strength, endurance, core strength, agility, flexibility and the list goes on. However; there really hasn't been a comprehensive system that brings together the all the benefits kettlebells have to offer, until now!
Beginners classes focus on the slow and steady accumulation of technical skill and practice. We seek to achieve correct form, with proper breathing and activation of muscular tension at the right time. In addition, you will learn the correct forms for the numerous kettlebell swings and lifts to effectively achieve your fitness and strength goals while observing a strict level of safety. When you are ready, you will be invited to the next progression level.
The Intermediate classes is an extended Beginner's workout when the student acquires the fundamental skills they can combine various movements together, all conducted under the watchful eye of the trainer. Corrections and adjustments are still made at this level. This phase is where the student builds their foundation grip endurance and strength, discovering their own little adjustments of the kettlebell swings and lifts, heading towards high repetition mastery.
Advanced classes will have little to no corrections. The emphasis of these workouts are to achieve high repetitions or succeed in challenging technical lifts that require a solid foundation forged in the Beginners / Intermediate phase of your practice. This class is focused on work load volume, endurance, skill-set repetitions and technical mastery of the basic lifts.
Personal Challenge
Many kettlebell lifters simply enjoy a personal challenge much like a runner would train for and participate in a marathon. Some enjoy the challenges but all would like to be recognised for fitness and physical excellence on kettlebells. Typically, these kettlebell lifters have no desire or time to compete formally, teach or lead classes on a professional basis. This is what the Personal Challenges are designed for. Instead of going to a competition, the competition comes to you!
Sorry, we don't train kids under 18 except for Personal Training at the present moment.
