Why take Personal Training Sessions?

If you need to get a better understanding of concepts, strategies or techniques,to make up a missed session or prefer the privacy of working 1 to 1 with the coach on your specific for your specific game, then the PTS are for you.

How do PTS work?

KDT Academy membership is NOT required for PTS . You will not enjoy the same benefits without membership (exclusive member's forum, preferred member's pricing, training gear discounts, affiliation status, free workout classes and official gear
You can decide how many classes you wish to take. The minimum is ONE and there is no maximum.
Payment for the class is made AHEAD of your PT Session. We do not permit same-day payment for many reasons.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to KDT ACADEMY.
Your PTS is booked at an agreed time and day at KDT Academy.
The coach will wait up to 15 minutes before cancelling the class as a "no-show" and you forfeit the payment. We cannot reschedule as we have put our time aside for you only. If you like, you can reschedule another session at the current rates.
You can cancel or reschedule your PTS no less than 48 hours in advance to allow the coach to fill your timeslot. If you do not inform the coach ahead of time, your PTS will be forfeit when you do not show up after 15 minutes.
PTS are not transferable to another person.
Each PTS is between 45 minutes long.
Each PTS Block (eg. 12x PTS) is valid for 3 months, afterwhich they will become voided due to inactivity.
You may take notes, photos and videos of your session for personal use only. You do not have permission to publish or reproduce the material for public viewing or for profit.
We have rental BJJ uniforms at RM12.00 each. Please use your personal equipment as much as possible for hygiene and fit.
