• What is the Professional Fizfit Trainer program?
  This is a certification course leading to an income generating opportunity which will educate an individual to be able to safely conduct and prescribe a procedure of physical exercises to a group that will result in an overall improvement of health and wellness. This is a system to help you start your own Fitness Group and to be your own boss and is suitable for individuals and groups wishing to learn a turn-key system and be part of the Fizfit network of trainers and gyms.

  The method of physical exercise is based on the prescribed exercises currently used in the Fizfit Workouts and will lead to the individual being prepared, educated and tested for the Certified Trainer which will enable them to teach Beginner and Intermediate Level Fizfit Workouts.

  Even though the apprentice coach may be aware of advanced concepts or dietary information, they are not permitted to prescribe any dietary advice or exercises.

• Eligbility for the Professional Fizfit Certification (Pro Fizfit Coach)
  * Fast Track: Complete a minimum of 3 months' Beginners & Intermediate Level Fizfit Workouts training
  * Aged 20 years old and above
  * Minimum of SPM and above
  * Able to converse fluently in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese
  * Must enjoy exercising and enjoy assisting people becoming healthier through proper exercise
  * Strong communication and marketing skills
  * Self motivated and self starter
  * Excellent personal grooming.

• What is required for Professional Fizfit Trainer Certification?
  * Successfully complete all required course material with a minimum 75% pass rate
  * Passing Score on a Certification Test
  * Current Basic First Aid & CPR certification from any recognized organization or hospital

• What is the Certification cost?
  RM 1,300.00 and is valid for 12 consecutive months.

  You will be required to take a refresher course (if you wish to remain certified and not teaching professionally) or upgrade to your certification after 24 months to take your training to the next level.

• How long is the course?
  The course will require you to commit to a combination of online theory study and in-gym practical exercises. There is a maximum of 6 months frame for completion from the moment you enrol in the program to being able conduct your own classes in the prescribed manner.

• How will I be tested ?
  The test will involve a series essay questions for theory section, followed by attending a Certification camp and applying your theory and knowledge in practice.

  You will need to demonstrate several key points of the BEGINNERS and INTERMEDIATE level exercises and be able to lead a class for both groups. Part of your assessment will be determined from feedback from the people/class you will lead.

• How many people are in each Trainee group ?
  Space is limited to 5 trainees at any one time per intake

  * Professional Fizfit Trainer Certification : Cost: RM 1,300.00 Prerequisites: SPM / High School Grad Successfully complete all required course material with a minimum 75% pass rate Passing Score on a Certification Test Current Basic First Aid & CPR certification from any recognized organization or hospital Educates and prepares you to teach Beginners and Intermediate Level Fizfit Workouts

  * Advanced Fizfit Trainer Certification : Cost: RM 1,000.00 Prerequisites: valid Pro Fizfit Coach License Successfully complete all required course material with a minimum 75% pass rate Passing Score on a Certification Test Current Basic First Aid & CPR certification from any recognized organization or hospital Educates and prepares you to teach Advanced level Fizfit Workouts and Metabolic Profiling system

  * Elite Fizfit Trainer Certification : Cost: RM 800.00 Prerequisites: valid Advanced Fizfit Coach License Successfully complete all required course material with a minimum 75% pass rate Passing Score on a Certification Test Current Basic First Aid & CPR certification from any recognized organization or hospital Educates and prepares you to teach Personal Training level and Master Licensed Coaches can build their own teams of Fizfit Coaches

  Certified as a Fizfit Coach? Join the Network of Pro Trainers and Gyms: Prerequisites - valid Fizfit Coaching Licenses
  - Cost: US$500 (foreign) or RM1,500.00 (Malaysia only) per year per gym licensing (per branch)
  - Cost: RM 500.00 per month for licensed trainer listing*
